Original story (from May 05) follows:

Realme has been pretty decent with rolling out Realme UI updates based on Android 10 to its devices as promised. The company revealed a timeline in January 2020 and so far so good.

Just as stated in the Realme UI roadmap, January saw the update to Android 10 pushed to the Realme 3 Pro and Realme XT. In February, the update arrived on the Realme X and Realme 5 Pro, again, as promised.

Next to pick up Android 10 in March were the Realme X2 and its Pro counterpart. Last month, the Realme 3 and Realme 3i also got it as promised.

As per the timeline, May is the month that Realme UI 1.0 should be pushed to the Realme 5, Realme 5s, and Realme 5i, the latter having arrived early this year. Matter of fact, the Realme 5, Realme 5s, and Realme 5i Android 10 update should hit the beta channel in the next few days.

Other Realme devices received the Realme UI beta updates in the first or second week of the month before the stable version rolled out towards the end of the respective months. Granted, the story should be the same for the Realme 5, Realme 5s, and Realme 5i Android 10 update.

After the Realme 5 trio gets their Realme UI 1.0 updates, next in line will be the Realme 2 Pro in June and later in Q3, the Realme C2, but no official release date yet.

Tech has been my playground for over a decade. While the Android journey began early, it truly took flight with the revolutionary Lollipop update. Since then, it's been a parade of Android devices (with a sprinkle of iOS), culminating in a mostly happy marriage with Google's smart home ecosystem. Expect insightful articles and explorations of the ever-evolving world of Android and Google products coupled with occasional rants on the Nest smart home ecosystem.
