Discontinuation Notice: We will no longer be updating this tracker.

NOTICE: We’ve compiled a comprehensive Android 11 update tracker – that will be updated frequently continuously – to serve our readers the latest information regarding Android 11 release on devices by major OEMs and carriers of the US, UK, Canada & Australia.

Original story (published on September 09, 2020) follows:

Earlier today, Google had announced that it will be releasing the Android 11 update for its Pixel smartphones today. Furthermore, the search giant also mentioned that the update will go live for select devices from other OEMs.

With Android 11, Google has introduced several new features including a new conversation notification design, Bubbles, new device and media controls, built-in screen recorder, improved share menu, and more.

Sticking to its word, Google has indeed begun rolling out Android 11 for its Pixel devices over the air. But like any other software update for Android phones. The update isn’t necessarily available to all users at the same time.

There are several factors that affect the availability of a software update for Android phones and one such factor is mobile network carriers. Carriers tend to release updates once they conduct their own internal testing.

Thus, at times, carrier-branded smartphones receive software updates a tad later than unlocked units. This makes it hard to keep track of the availability of system updates since the release for carrier-branded and unlocked units differ.

But to make things easier for you, we’ve rounded up all the Android 11 eligible smartphones from the four major carriers in the US — T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T. And in this post, we will keep track of the Android 11 rollout for devices from all four carriers.

So all you need to do is head over to the section of the carrier for which you want to know more about the status of Android 11 below.
