Some new information is up for a bunch of Oppo devices that are waiting for the ColorOS 7 (Android 10) updates. The information includes scheduled dates for the rollout of stable and beta update for the Oppo devices for different regions.
Oppo has already shared, time and time again its plans for updating the devices with Android 10 (ColorOS 7). Moreover, the OEM also released its Q2 2020 Android 10 (ColorOS 7) update roadmap which included a bunch of phones, but the exact dates were not revealed.
But that changes now, as the company has now revealed the stable update release dates for the Oppo Reno2 F and Oppo K3, while the beta push dates for Oppo F7, A9 2020, and A5 2020 are also out.
May Beta Rollout Plan
Announcing the May beta rollout plan, Oppo has confirmed that Oppo F7/ F7 128 GB, A5 2020, and A9 2020 trial version will begin in May. Here are the exact dates:
Oppo F7/ F7 128 GB- May 16
A5 2020 – May 22
A9 2020 – May 28June: Oppo R15, R15 Pro, F15 and A91
As noted from the timeline above, the Oppo R15, R15 Pro, Oppo F15, and A91 will be served with the beta updates starting from June 2020.
May Stable Update Plan
A new stable update plan for the Oppo Reno2 F and Oppo K3 has been shared by Oppo, revealing the exact dates when the devices will pick up the stable Android 10 (ColorOS 7) updates in India and other regions.
Note that the early adopter’s program for the Reno2 F and K3 began back in March and late-April, respectively.
As per the timeline, the Reno2 F will grab the Android 10 stable update (VC.07) on May 10 in India and on May 25 in the rest of the regions. Besides, Oppo K3 will get the stable update (VC.06) on May 25.
June Stable Update Plan
Oppo has also shared its ColorOS 7 update timeline for Singapore and Taiwan region as well. Going by the revealed timeline, the devices that will get the stable Android 10 update in June are Oppo Reno, Reno 10x Zoom, R17, R17 Pro, Reno 2 and Find X Series.
Whereas, the Reno Z, Reno2 Z, R15, R15 Pro, A9 2020, and A5 2020 are scheduled to grab the stable Android 10 (ColorOS 7) update in Singapore and Taiwan in Q3 2020.
The Chinese OEM has not shied away from sharing its monthly and quarterly update plans and has kept its users informed about the status of the update.
Just yesterday, the company revealed the stable and beta ColorOS 7 schedule for the month of May in China. The devices include Oppo K5, K3, R15/R15 Dream Edition, A9, A9x, and A11.
