Huawei is yet to push out the EMUI 10 (Android 10) based updates for quite a few devices. Reportedly, a new list of Huawei and Honor devices have surfaced that depicts the phones to get the update while other devices that will not receive EMUI 10.

EMUI 10 brings in enhanced features and new design elements for the Huawei devices and also tags along with Android 10 specific features for which the users are waiting to get their hands-on.

Taking about Huawei phones that will be updated to Android 10 (EMUI 10) this month, i.e. February 2020:

  • Huawei Mate 10 Lite
  • Huawei Nova 4
  • Huawei Nova 4e
  • Huawei Nova Lite 3
  • Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design

For most of the above-listed devices, the EMUI 10 update is either on beta or still in the pipeline and is expected to roll out soon. In fact, Huawei has already pushed the Android 10 updates for the Huawei P20/P20 Pro and Mate 10 series.

Most probably the EMUI 10 updates will be making its way to either of the phones listed above in the coming weeks and if you want to manually check for the update notification, head to Settings> System> Software Update> Check for updates. You can also make a second check from the HiCare application.

But, according to a report, there are some phones that won’t be getting the Android 10 based EMUI 10 update and it includes:

Keep in mind that Huawei Y9 2019 users took to Change.org and filed a petition for EMUI 10 update and the global variant will get the update soon. So, it is advised to take every information with a pinch of salt until something concrete comes up.
