EMUI 10 is the official UI of Huawei smartphones which is based on Android 10. And the Chinese smartphone giant seems pretty busy with it. In fact, EMUI 10 beta is now available for some of the phones like Mate 20 Series, Nova 5T, P Smart+, P Smart 2019, P30 Lite.

EMUI 10 will bring in a lot of new features like new UI design, new fonts, dark mode, improved quick settings toggle, new camera interface, changed gestures, optimization to work with Windows 10, Digital Wellbeing, new animations and more.

Moreover, recently they came up with a revised timeline, that depicts which and when the devices will get the EMUI 10 (Magic UI 3.0 for Honor device) update.

And taking things forward, Huawei has announced that 5 models namely, Nova 4e, Maimang 8, Maimang 7, Huawei Enjoy 9s and Honor 20i are now open to receive the EMUI 10 based public beta starting yesterday. Keep in mind that it is currently live only in China at the moment.

Matter of fact, looking at the revised timeline above, these Huawei phones as well as Honor 20i were slated to receive the public beta by mid-November and this rollout is in time as mentioned.

Notably, the EMUI 10 beta recruitment was already available via invitation-only beta in China for Huawei Nova 4e and Honor 20i.

As already mentioned earlier, this public beta for 5 phones i.e. Huawei Nova 4e, Maimang 8, Maimang 7, Enjoy 9s and Honor 20i is applicable for Chinese users. This means that it won’t be that long before the global variants of these devices are made available with EMUI 10 beta testing program.
