The much-awaited Android 10’s advent on Xiaomi Mi A3 devices has been quite an adventure. Since it’s first release, back in February 2020, the update was pulled back multiple times due to bugs/issues.
The release-and-pull-back episodes got some users irritated to an extent where they ended up asking for refunds. Unlike earlier buggy builds, the lately released update V11.0.14.0.QFQMIXM has by far been the most stable one in the sense that it hasn’t been rolled back as yet?.
The OEM is, in fact, being highly cautious and pushing the update to Mi A3 devices in phases, to ensure no major issues trouble the users this time. Until now, about 30% of the Mi A3 devices have received Android 10 (this figure excludes India though).
Our recent poll conveys that Mi A3 device users aren’t happy with the special treatment they’ve received in terms of the Android 10 experience. Not to miss, during all this time, the European region devices didn’t even get to experience Android 10 and have been desperately waiting to get hands-on it.
Well, now the wait is finally over for them, as the OEM has now started pushing the update to the European Mi A3 units as well. The information comes credit to device users across different social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit. The update is coming as a 1.33 GB package.
As the OEM has released the update for EU devices, the global units should also possibly get to see a wider rollout soon. It goes without saying that the updates are often pushed out in phases, so not all devices may get it at the same time. So those of you who haven’t received the notification yet, keep patience.

P.S. Not to miss, the latest update has reduced the camera Pro Mode shutter speed to 1/4s (on the global variants). So be careful while installing.
