While OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro come with Android 10 based OxygenOS 10.0.x out of the box, the non-T variants got them a little more than a month ago. We are not considering the beta builds here, but the transition from Android Pie to 10 was not exactly stable.

Although the updates for OnePlus 7/7 Pro were rolled out around the second week of October, OnePlus decided to bundle September patches with them. The reason of the delay was unknown. Moreover, the 5G variant of OnePlus 7 Pro was not part of the rollout process.

A few days ago, OnePlus 7T picked up October patch. The phone subsequently received a bugfix OTA, while OnePLus 7T Pro got the same monthly patch. Continuing the tradition, a new software update with October patch is now available for both OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro.
