Lost Ark 'Time to Heal' Ealyn Rapport quest crashes game or character gets stuck, issue acknowledged

Lost Ark is a popular MMO that has been available globally for a few weeks now. It was originally released in 2019 in South Korea, and its international distribution is in the hands of Amazon Games.

That said, early gamers found various issues that needed to be fixed in order to achieve the best experience possible. Here we have covered many of the issues reported in the last few weeks (1, 2, 3, 4).

Currently, many Lost Ark players are facing issues with the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest. Apparently it causes a crash and your character gets stuck on the loading screen (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

According to multiple reports, when Lost Ark players try to access the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest, the game crashes. So, players are currently unable to complete the quest.

However, while the crash is a severe issue, the glitch can also cause your character to permanently get stuck on the loading screen, and you won’t be able to move it from there without the help of the support team.

PSA: Ealyn Rapport Quest Bugged – Will need CS support to move your character

“Time to Heal” (Friendly 2/3) rapport quest is bugged and your character will be stuck in loading screen to the instanced content, you will need CS support to move your character.

Bug with Ealyn Rapport Quest – Time to Heal

There is a bug with the rapport quest “TIme to Heal” where players crash as soon as they enter the instance, and that means players are stuck in it unless they ask a GM to relocate their characters. A lot of players have reported the same issue already. Will the bug be fixed in the next update so players can continue their progress?

So, for now it’s best to avoid the Lost Ark ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest until a definite fix arrives so your character is not at risk.

It’s worth pointing out that the glitch isn’t exactly new. The same had already appeared some weeks ago, and the development team had published an official acknowledgment on it at that time.

A few days later (March 11), the developers fixed a bug where Lost Ark crashes in the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest through an update.

However, it seems that a recent Lost Ark update brought back the same glitch.

I can agree that this Rapport quest is still bugged. Had to go to live chat support to make them move my main to another City. The game crashes when you try to go to Ancient Elveria without an error screen and once you want to log in again, the game stop loading. Hope any moderator look at these messages.
