Previously, Chinese OEMs were not known for delivering updates timely and were notorious in pushing it to all the devices. However, the recent generation of Chinese smartphone manufacturers going by the likes of OnePlus, Realme, even Xiaomi for that matter, has drastically improved on this front.

Talking about Realme, which is fairly a new brand in this competitive smartphone world, has done a decent-ish job in providing the latest updates, be it security or firmware.

In fact, it was among those brands that came up with a dedicated Android 10 update roadmap, making things clear for the user as to when their devices will be upgraded.

In line with the roadmap, Realme pushed the Realme UI (Android 10) stable update for the Realme X2 on March 28, 2020, which was right on time as per the timeline.

But being an OTA update, it naturally takes time before the same can be rolled out to all eligible devices. And for those users who did not receive the update, the company support confirmed that a 100% rollout will be completed by mid of April.

However, by the looks of it, it seems that there are still a bunch of Realme X2 users that have not yet received the Android 10 update on their units.

They took to Twitter to ask for the update and in response, the official handle of Realme India Support stated that the update has been already pushed to all, meaning the rollout has been completed.

The support further advised the users to check for the update manually by heading over to Settings>>Software Updates. Check out their responses below:

As far as its elder brother, the X2 Pro is concerned, the Realme UI (Android 10) update arrived almost around the same time as of the Realme X2.

Some users, that have not yet received the update are informed by the Realme India Support that the rollout is in a staged phase and will soon hit all the units. Since the manual update link is live, it should not be an issue.
