The Sims 4 recently released a patch promising the restoration of the dimensions of the ‘Stretchy Sims’ at a younger age. The new update also lets you add new decorations to give your creations a unique touch.
However, it seems that the upgrade has even borked some things in the game. Notably, it’s not the first time such updates have broken certain features in the game (1,2,3).
The Sims 4 players report some nails missing from Spa Day pack
Some The Sims 4 players (1,2,3,4,5,6) have taken to social media platforms to report an issue where some nails have disappeared or gone missing from the Spa Day pack in CAS (Create-a-Sim) screen.
You know what they did remove was certain nails from spa day like I just want my matte nails whyyyy

I thought i was tripping!! I always use the matte coffin nails from spa day and they werent there, but i didnt think to see if they were there for my male sims!

According to reports, the nails have gone missing ever since the latest v1.97.42.1030 patch. It seems that matte and shiny versions of coffin nails are by and large not available in the pack anymore.
Surprisingly, for male frame Sims, nails are still present, but for female frame Sims, they have vanished entirely. As a result, players find it appalling to have stuff missing from the pack they paid for.
Unfortunately, the developers haven’t commented on the issue where the nails have gone missing from the Spa Day pack.
There is also no workaround that can help fix this issue temporarily. So, those affected will have to wait indefinitely for the team to come up with a fix.
We hope the developers find a resolution at the earliest and let players avail the content that they paid for.
We’ll keep tabs on the latest developers and update this article accordingly.
