Here’s the crux of the article in video form

New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on March 15, 2023) follows:

Sims 4 is a life simulation video game by Electronic Arts that lets players create and manage virtual Sims, taking charge of them as they navigate relationships and everyday routines.

With several upgrades and additions, EA has elevated it to one of the longest-running games. Talking about the updates, The game also received an ‘Infant update’ that added several new features.

The Sims 4 ‘changing table’ missing

However, a number of Sims 4 players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) have taken to social media platforms to report an issue where the changing table has gone missing after the Infant update.

The infants are adorable, but c’mon, there is no changing table in the base game? That’s insane. Please think about adding one in when you do a next patch!

They could have added the changing table that matches the base game set the kindermade one with star or dinos on it. Like huh that should have been base game and a retro or modern one in the pack

Even though there are a number of new items in the new update but they are quite disappointed to see that the changing table is not available anymore.

Players feel that the changing table is a basic item that should have been included in the game (1,2,3,4,5). It makes it easier for them to change their clothing as well as diapers for newborns, infants, and toddlers.

According to one of the players, the item in question has now been relocated to the expansion pack.

Nowhere because it’s in the expansion pack lol 🥲

Weird baby eyes glitch

A very strange baby eye issue has also snuck into the game. It appears that following the update, the eyes have a weird reddish tint.

Some also report that the infants have occult/wolf eyes and there’s also no option to change them (1,2,3,4,5,6).

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me. I’ve recently updated my game for the infant update. When I’m in cas, my infants have occult eyes and there’s no option to change their eyes. I’ve tried restarting the game but it’s still happening. Has this happened to anyone else?

One claims that the only way they could change the eyes was by using the default face from the main game.

Unfortunately, EA hasn’t yet acknowledged the issue where the changing table has gone missing in The Sims 4. There has also been no comment on the eye glitch so far.

Having said that, we’ll monitor the most recent developments and update this story as and when anything significant happens.

Update 1 (March 16, 2023)

12:45 pm (IST): As a potential workaround to fix the ‘baby eyes glitch’ issue, EA team is recommending players to remove any custom content (CC) implemented in the game.

A player confirmed that the tip worked. However, this is a problem for those who want to keep some CC items.
