ITVX app not working or loading on iPhone or iPad, issue acknowledged (potential workaround)

ITVX is a popular platform for users to indulge in their favorite shows and movies, however, recent reports suggest that the app is not working or loading for some iPhone and iPad users.

As is the case with any software-based platform, ITVX users have also reported several problems with the app in the past.

It includes issues such as the continue watching feature not working and multiple problems with Amazon Fire TV Stick.

As per reports, users have been facing problems (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) with the ITVX app from the past couple of days where it is simply freezing while watching content.

And looking at the multiple reports from those affected, it seems to be a widespread problem. And as a result, those affected taken to social media platform to show their frustration.

The good news is that ITVX support has taken a note of the problem. Acknowledging the reports, the support team has confirmed that they actively working resolve it.

Fortunately, there’s a potential workaround discovered by one of the affected users. It involves removing the ITVX app from the device and then reinstalling it from the App Store.

And since the support team is already working on a solution, hopefully it won’t be a problem for a long time.
