ITVX app is a video-on-demand service owned by ITV available in the United Kingdom. It was previously known as ITV Hub. However, a more advanced version — ITVX — was launched on December 8 that includes more exclusive content.

The viewers of ITVX were having a good time watching shows on the service until some users of Amazon Fire TV Stick began to report several issues with it.

According to several reports doing rounds, ITVX app users on Amazon Fire TV Stick are experiencing different problems including video buffering, app crashing, and error codes.

Performance issues:

Reports suggest that the app is crashing for a section of users, while some say that they can’t streaming the content as the video keeps buffering.

Moreover, users complain about performance issues such as app lagging, not remembering their watch history and more.

And as if the aforementioned issues weren’t enough, there are plenty of complaints where users are getting error codes such as ‘Something went wrong’ and ‘Whoops! what’s going on here’.

Users say they are getting these error codes while doing certain tasks on the app such as when watching shows or trying to sign up for the Premium trial.
