This year seems to be one of the best years for Samsung users as the OEM has really improved its track record for pushing timely security and other updates.

Besides, Samsung was the first OEM to push the latest November security update for the Galaxy S10 family even before Google. Later on, some other Samsung devices have also grabbed the latest patch.

And in a recent development, Samsung has pushed in a new bugfix update for the Galaxy Note 10. Keep in mind the update is being pushed for the Exynos variants of Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, while the Snapdragon US unlocked variants of Note 10 and Note 10+ are also served with a new OTA.

Let us take a look at the update one by one.

Galaxy Note 10+ 5G (Exynos)

Reportedly, the update for the Exynos variants of Galaxy Note 10+ 5G carriers version number ASJM/ASK1 and weighs in around 17.03 MB in size for the incremental OTA update.

A few days back, this particular model got a similar bugfix update (ASJM/ASJG) over the November security patch. This new bugfix update brings in improvements for the camera, fingerprint, and the security of the device. Below is the official changelog and the screenshot of the same:

What’s new:

· The performance of Fingerprint recognition has been improved
· The performance of Touch screen has been improved
· The stability of Camera has been improved.
· Camera picture quality has been improved.

Galaxy Note 10/Note10+ (Snapdragon) US unlocked

The update for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ US unlocked Snapdragon variants arrives with version number ASJC and weighs in around 213.20 MB in size for the OTA update.

Below is the official changelog and the screenshot of the update prompt:

Notably, the device also got November secuirty update at the beginning of the month. The build carried version number ASJ8 and brought in some changes in the fingerprint algorithm and device’s security.

Moreover, the updates are being pushed via OTA in batches and will take some time in hitting all the devices. You can manually check for the update notification by heading to System>>Software Updates>>Download updates manually.
