Overwatch 2 players frustrated tickets taking weeks to address; missing Widowmaker Noire skin bug being looked into

Overwatch 2 is a sequel to the hugely successful 2016 hero shooter Overwatch. Players can choose from over 30 unique heroes as they battle it out in a 5v5 battlefield brawl.

We have recently covered multiple issues like players being suspended or banned for an entire season after the game crashes in Competitive or ‘Hold the line’ and other weekly challenges resetting or stuck at 0.

Overwatch 2 players are frustrated as tickets take weeks to address

Many Overwatch 2 players are now dissatisfied with the game’s support team since they are not responding to tickets on time (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

When Overwatch 2 players encounter a problem with the game, they send a ticket to the support team and expect a speedy answer by email or other means.

But players are frustrated since tickets for issues ranging from Overwatch 2 account suspensions to missing transactions take weeks to address. Some people have waited longer and have not received an answer.

This is not acceptable, especially considering Overwatch 2 has had so many problems so early in the game cycle.

@BlizzardCS @PlayOverwatch i sure you won’t see this but at this point I’m desperate I submitted a support ticket US87287312 a week ago but have no communication at all no email nothing I just want help getting my battle net account back that has years of progress

@BlizzardCS Opened a ticket saying i’m still stuck in the queue for migration and am STILL missing all my items. And got the basic response. It’s been 2 weeks

Blizzard support has said that wait times are now rather long owing to inflated queues. As a result, gamers will have to wait a little longer, with an average response time of 10 to 12 days.

Widowmaker Noire skin missing

Several Overwatch 2 players are reporting yet another issue where the Widowmaker Noire skin is missing for them (1,2,3,4,5).

According to those impacted, they were able to successfully merge their accounts across several consoles and PCs. But every other skin was imported to the new account except for Widowmaker Noire skin.

I finaly enter to the game and I have my ps4 account with my pc account connected, where I have the skin is in my ps4 account and when I enter my pc my widowmaker noire skin does not appear, since the pink mercy did appear, what can I do?

Issue acknowledged

Fortunately, Blizzard support has acknowledged the missing Widowmaker Noire skin problem. However, they did not provide an ETA for a fix.
