Google has a vast variety of products and services, including a payment platform. With the world going for paperless payment methods, Google Wallet, formerly Google Pay, gained huge popularity.

Now, many Google Wallet users are facing an issue where their payment methods or tickets are disappearing from their accounts (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).
Google Wallet is not only used to make payments but also save tickets to events, movies, or concerts. But due to an issue, the saved cards and tickets are missing or disappearing.
In some cases, the problem occurs when a user changes the device and logs into his Google Wallet account on their new device.
Many have been left confused as these saved cards and tickets have disappeared from Google Wallet app, yet they haven’t been notified about it.

Google is yet to release a statement regarding the issue with saved cards and tickets disappearing or missing from the Wallet app. And there seems to be no workaround for it so far.
However, a Google Product Expert suggests that cards may be removed from Google Wallet as a security precaution measure. So, for now, you can try the troubleshooting methods below:
