FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) 22 Android companion app zoomed in issue gets acknowledged (potential workaround inside)

FIFA 22 is the latest installment in the long-running FIFA franchise. Developed by EA Sports and published by EA, the game was released in October last year.

Following the rough launch, EA Sports and FIFA decided to end their decades-long partnership with EA considering to develop games without the brand name.

And even though months have passed by, issues such as players being unable to preview ‘Preview Packs’ before purchasing and trouble accessing Ligue 1 Liaisons are still affecting many.

Having said that, FIFA players are now saying (1,2,3) that the FUT 22 companion app on Android is zoomed in. Many say they are unable to use the app normally due to the problem.

As it turns out, the FUT 22 iOS app is not affected by the glitch. Generic solutions such as clearing app data, cache, and reinstalling the app seems to make no difference.

After EA FIFA22 installed latest update, the game broke. Everything is good until after I load my ‘settings’ file. Seems like there is a bug in the new update that’s causing the screens that come up after the selection of ‘settings’ file to zoom all the way in. One can’t do anything.

Thankfully, EA Help has commented on the matter and said they are aware of the issue where the FIFA FUT 22 companion app on Android is zoomed in.

They also shared a workaround for Samsung devices that suggests disabling the game booster function.
