Respawn says fix for Apex Legends bug causing Battle Pass level badge to not update accordingly (stuck at level 1) coming soon

Apex Legends, one of the most popular battle royale games to date, is currently in Season 10. The latest season started on August 3 and marked the arrival of a new legend known as Seer.

Ever since its release on Steam, the Respawn Entertainment developed title has marked a permanent spot in the list of Top Games by current players. But frequent updates to the game have caused a lot of bugs and issues in the past.

That being said, some recent issues that affected Apex Legends players include the matchmaking duration issue and a bug that prevented players from buying the Azure Glaze Bonus Bundle skin.

Now, many Apex Legends players say that their Battle Pass level badge is still stuck at level 1 despite them progressing and leveling up. In case you are unaware, Apex Legends features a Battle Pass that offers some premium rewards in the form of cosmetic items for various Legends.

If players manage to max the Battle Pass, they can collect 7 Apex packs, 6 Weapon Skins, 6 Loading screens, 1 Music pack, 300 Apex Coins, Win Trackers for Legends, and a Season Badge. It can be purchased from the in-game store using Apex Coins.

I’ve gotten to tier 6 of the pass so far, but the tier badge (which I currently have equipped on Ash), still displays the tier 1 badge. It also shows just tier 1 in the badge menu, not just when equipped.

I bought the battle pass bundle and played a few games and I am now 28 but the badge on my banner is saying level 1 Being doing this for a few days. Does anyone know a fix? Thanks

The bug has rendered the Battle Pass badge useless for many. Players say they have changed their badges and will use other badges until the developers fix the issue.

Fortunately, it looks like EA and Respawn Entertainment are aware of the Apex Legends Battle Pass badge getting stuck at level 1 issue and said they are working on a fix. However, there is no ETA on when the fix will be deployed.

The developers also assured players that their progress is indeed being tracked and that it will reflect once the issue is fixed.

We hope Respawn Entertainment finds the root cause of the issue and releases an update that fixes the Apex Legends Battle Pass badge level issue as soon as possible. When they do, we will update this post so make sure you stay tuned.
