Oppo has been doing a pretty decent job when it comes to rolling out stable Android 11-based ColorOS 11 to its eligible devices. Check out more on that in our continued tracker.
In line with that, we’ve seen the company come out to publish regular update roadmap for its eligible devices and how it plans to deploy the said builds.
In the past couple of months, we have seen the company resorting to release this statement on a monthly basis, effectively giving us a look at how it plans its operations for the said month.
The last time we got one such statement was at the beginning of the month of March. This outlined when devices such as the Reno 10x Zoom, Reno2 F and the Oppo F15 were set to get updated to ColorOS 11.
Another month has gone by and today, Oppo has published its April 2021 ColorOS 11 rollout plan for its remaining devices.
In the published list, we get a glimpse of what devices from the Chinese OEM are currently getting updated to Android 11, those set to receive the update in April, and those set to get Beta builds in the same month.
According to the rollout plan, Oppo plans to roll out stable Android 11-based ColorOS 11 to the following devices in the month of April 2021.
– Oppo A91 in Indonesia – April 9
– Oppo Reno2 Z in India – April 14
– Oppo Reno2 (India, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Cambodia) – April 21
Currently, Oppo is running a Beta program for a few of its devices including the Oppo A91, Oppo Reno2 and the Reno2Z in India and Indonesia.
Additionally, Oppo has announced a list of its devices that will get Beta builds of Android 11-based ColorOS 11 in the month of April.
According to the listing, this is how the Beta builds will be rolled out.
April 13- Oppo RenoZ (Saudi, UAE)
April 14- Oppo A5 2020 and Oppo A9 2020 in India and Indonesia, and Oppo A73 5G in Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
April 27- Oppo A53 in India and Indonesia
Now, Europe and the EEA also has a bunch of devices from Oppo that are currently receiving updates to Android 11. These include devices from:
– Oppo Find X2 series
– Oppo Reno4 series
– Oppo Reno3 series
– Oppo A72 and
– Oppo A52

IST 06:06 pm Oppo, in line with its promised schedule, has begun rolling out the stable ColorOS 11 (Android 11) update for the Oppo A91, Reno2 Z, Reno3 A devices. Find out more here.

IST 05:23 pm Oppo has expanded the ColorOS 11 beta update to the Oppo A5 2020 and Oppo A9 2020. Beta recruitment has also gone live for the Oppo A32 units in China. Find more here.

IST 14:00 pm: Oppo has announced the commencement of the Android 11-based ColorOS 11 Beta recruitment program for the Oppo A53 in India and Indonesia. Built set to rollout by May 11. More on that here.
