The Poco F2 Pro is known as Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro in China and MIUI 12 has been out for its global, European, Indonesian, and Russian variants for quite some time now.

While the Redmi K30 Pro has also received the stable Android 11 update in China, the wait is still on for the Poco F2 Pro.

However, users of the Poco F2 Pro have been experiencing an issue similar to the one with the Redmi Note 9S.

There were issues related to Wi-Fi and GPS on the Redmi Note 9S which were expected to be fixed on the MIUI 12 update.

Now, Poco F2 Pro users have been reporting about the Wi-Fi stability issue which seems to have surfaced only after the MIUI 12 update.

As per a user report, the Wi-Fi issue gets triggered once the device in question wakes up from the deep sleep mode.

The user further explained that the Wi-Fi connectivity becomes unstable even though settings show that their Poco F2 Pro is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Also, multiple users have reported this issue while Mi Community Feedback Team members have stated that the Poco F2 Pro Wi-Fi issue has been reported to the developers.

It must be noted that users have also mentioned that other Xiaomi devices like the Mi 9 Lite and Mi 8 Lite work fine when connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

The issue currently exists on the Poco F2 Pro and that too only after updating it with the latest custom skin i.e. MIUI 12.

While the issue appears to be widespread, we hope the OEM provides the affected Poco F2 Pro users with a proper fix soon.
