A new and refined Android OS is launched every year. And with every new iteration of the OS, it packs in some cool new features and enhancements for the Android devices.

Android 10 was launched on September 3, 2019, and since then, many of the OEMs have tried to push either the beta update or the stable release for their smartphones (Google, Essential, OnePlus, Nokia to name a few).

But. for skin-heavy OEMs like Samsung, Xiaomi, etc the stable update is yet to roll out. However, in a recent development, Xiaomi has made the MIUI 11 update available for Mi MIX 3, Mi 8 Pro and Mi 8 Explorer.

Recently, the stable update for the MIUI 11 was made available for many Xiaomi devices including Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 Lite, and Mi Max 3. However, the list does not end here as Mi 9 SE, Redmi Note 7/7S & Note 7 Pro also joined the bandwagon in receiving the MIUI 11 based updates. Let us take a look at the updates one by one.

Mi MIX 3

Talking about the update available for the Mi MIX 3, it carries the version number V11.0.3.0.PEECNXM and weighs in around 787MB in size. But, point to note is that the MIUI 11 update for Mi MIX 3 is still based on Android 9 Pie and there is no incremental OS update to Android 10.

Previously, Mi MIX 3 was served with Android 10 beta update, that brought along the MIUI 11. However, the new update is available via the stable channel.

Below is the official changelog and the screenshot of the update:
