Realme 3 Pro, the latest Realme phone available globally, is a mid-ranger device fueled by Snapdragon 710 SoC. It comes with VOOC flash charge 3.0, Hyper Boost 2.0 and Android Pie-based Color OS 6. The phone embraces 16MP + 5MP rear camera and 25MP selfie camera along with a 6.3-inch display.

Within a week from launch, the phone received its first major update (RMX1851EX_11_A.12). The April security patch added 960fps slow-mo video recording mode & other camera improvements.

Then in May, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth revealed the company is working on a new 240fps slow motion camera mode for Realme 3 Pro devices. Additionally, while initially the OEM planned to release the much awaited Theme Store with the May OTA, Madhav confirmed its arrival in June.

But that never happened. The May OTA (RMX1851EX_11_A.14) carried only some camera enhancements and bug fixes. Cut to now. We are in the last week of June already, and Realme 3 Pro users can be seen curiously inquiring about June OTA’s arrival across micro-blogging site Twitter.

In our yesterday’s coverage, we highlighted Realme 3 Pro will be getting Theme Store as well as 240fps super slow motion video recording mode in the June patch, right after it was confirmed by Realme Testing Engineer Chandler. And as of today, the June patch has started rolling out.

The June update (sized ~300MB) bumps the version further to RMX1851EX_11_A.15.

Apart from Theme Store & 240 fps slow motion camera mode, the update adds swipe gestures from both sides for better navigation, lock screen magazine, app market, game center, and realme account functions. It also carries some bug fixes. Which exactly? Well, that hasn’t been specified clearly.

Not to miss, going by the changelog, the above mentioned features will be available only in select regions as of now. Following is a user shared image of the complete changelog.

FYI a quick look at Realme’s official software update page convey’s June patch hasn’t yet been up for Realme 3 Pro as it still displays the May update as the last one. So possible, the company has pushed the update to limited devices only and will begin a wider rollout in the days to come.

Rest assured, we are keeping a close watch on all related developments and will update the story as and when the June update is pushed to more units globally.
