Vitality UK app not updating exercise points

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple Vitality UK app users are facing an issue where the exercise points are not updating properly.

In addition to this, some are also experiencing difficulties logging in to their accounts and accessing the platform. And as per the allegations, the issue has been persistent for a few weeks and remains unresolved until now.

And to rub salt in the wounds, users are unable to claim their points even after complaining to the support team and following the ‘missing points’ procedure mentioned on the official website.

On the other hand, a section of users have been notified that their activity points are not eligible for rewards, but they disapprove.

One of those impacted says that they have not received the points for their coffee voucher even after a week.

Another claims that the app has still not updated the points for exercises done this week.

@Vitality_UK I am still missing points for last week despite sending messages and following your website missing points process. Please get in touch to resolve issue.

And understandably, those affected have taken to Twitter to question why the point upload process is so unreliable currently.

They are also requesting the developers to resolve this problem so that they can use the app as intended.

Official acknowledgment

Fortunately, the Vitality UK support team has officially responded to this matter and has asked users to share their personal details, such as full name, DOB, and membership number, via DM.

They have also asked them to send over screenshots of the missing activity.
