Ticketmaster is one of the leading ticket buying platforms in the world. The company usually offers tickets for the biggest shows, sports games and more.

However, it has also been one of the platforms where fans have experienced the most problems when trying to get tickets to see their favorite artists or teams (1, 2, 3).

That said, multiple Ticketmaster users are currently unable to access their accounts or buy tickets as both the website and the app are down or not working.

Multiple reports indicate that the Ticketmaster platform is totally or partially inaccessible at the time of writing this story.

There are reports of users for whom the Ticketmaster payment platform is down when completing a checkout. Meanwhile, there are also users who can’t even access their accounts.

@Ticketmaster I’ve been trying to purchase tickets for over an hour now for an NCAA Regional to cheer on @BluejayMBB. It appears I have tickets, but your site won’t let me move forward with payment. I’ve tried on mobile and laptop. Any help you can provide?

The outage is affecting both the Ticketmaster app and the website, according to users.

There is still no official word on this issue from the Ticketmaster team. However, according to the official Toronto Six (ice hockey team) account on Twitter, they are already aware and working to resolve it.

To anyone attempting to buy tickets for tomorrow and having trouble with @Ticketmaster, bear with us.

Ticketmaster is aware of the issue with their system and working to get it back up and running as soon as possible. They suggest trying again in the morning.
