When it comes to flagship phones, Samsung dominates over the competition with their top-of-the-line offerings. Despite having to struggle in the budget-sensitive markets, they still rank on top by selling the most number of high-end devices.

The OEM slightly altered the story of their budget smartphones this year through the introduction of ‘M’ series. Even though they lag behind the competition, M10, M20, M30, and M40 perform decently in their respective price segments.

You know Samsung has two flagship lineups – S and Note. With a wide screen real estate, Note series has a niche audience who adores ‘S’ pen and its unique capabilities. The latest iteration, Note 10 hit the market last month. They opted for two different variants this time – regular and Plus.

The handset already received September security update. In case you are not aware, there is a 5G version as well. Galaxy Note 10 5G resembles its standard model except for the network technology. As the name proclaims, it has the capability to establish 5G connection.

Being an end-user of a top-of-the-line smartphone, you expect timely updates. And, that’s what exactly the brand has done. Incoming is the September security OTA of Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. You can read the changelog below.

Provided the Plus and standard variants get the patches together, you can expect the same on your Galaxy Note 10 5G too. What if you haven’t got the OTA notification? Well, you can use Frija to directly download the package from Samsung’s update server (if you are too impatient!).

While Note 10 5G users rejoice in receiving the September patch, Motorola has untied August overhaul for Moto G6 in Brazil (Lenovo already confirmed the arrival of the update for many models). However, it doesn’t bring anything new to the plate.

The package has surfaced in Brazil a couple of days ago. Chances are the global rollout is not going to take long. Meanwhile, don’t forget to stay tuned to our Motorola section to get yourself notified of the latest happenings.
