New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on February 27, 2020) follows:

Smartphone manufacturers have understood the fact the only providing a ton of software features in a smartphone is not going to do the trick as it requires a lot of juice to keep the device running.

In fact, in the recent past. OEMs have not shied away from including massive capacity batteries in the devices. Moreover, these devices come at a very competitive price tag.

Korean OEM Samsung has also joined that bandwagon and introduced another high-capacity battery phone called the Galaxy M30s. It was launched back in September 2019 and houses a gigantic, 6,000 mAh battery.

Talking about other specs it comes with Exynos 9611, 4/6 GB of RAM, offers up to 128 GB of onboard storage, and sports a 6.4-inch display. In the camera department, it has a triple-lens setup with a 48 MP primary camera at the rear and a 16 MP selfie shooter.

Samsung is breaking barriers when it comes to pushing security updates and in a recent development, Galaxy M30s is being served with the latest March 2020 security patchset in India.

This also hints that the Android 10 update might be coming anytime soon. In fact, if we go by the Android 10 update roadmap plan by Samsung, Galaxy M30s will be upgrading to One UI 2.0 (Android 10) in April 2020.

Coming back to the update, it arrives with the version number ATB3, ASL1, and ATB2 (depending on your region) and weighs in around 118.92 MB in size.

Besides, it is purely incremental in nature and just brings in the March 2020 patch. Check out the screenshot shared by one of the users on Telegram group.
