MLB The Show 23 stubs & pending buy orders missing or disappeared? You're not alone

MLB The Show 23 has been available for a while now for a number of players on various platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

It has undoubtedly enjoyed a mostly positive reception from the fans so far. However, we highlighted how the ‘Challenge Failed’ error in online modes troubled some players.

Likewise, freezing and connectivity issues in co-op matches were also reported once by a section of players.

A number of MLB The Show 23 players (1,2,3,4,5,6) have now been reporting that their pending orders and the stubs (game’s currency) associated with those orders have gone missing.

I’m glad the servers are up but all of my Buy orders got deleted and the stubs were not returned to my account, about 90k. please resolve this

Reports indicate that this issue popped up following an outage (1,2,3). Though the team was quick to resolve the disruption, it has seemingly given rise to another bug.

As a result, players suffered a loss of all their in-game currency, without even getting the player they bid on. It is incredibly frustrating as their buy orders got deleted and stubs were also not returned to them.

Unfortunately, the team hasn’t acknowledged the issue at the moment. There’s also no workaround that can help fix it temporarily.

We hope that the developers take cognizance of the problem and come up with a resolution as soon as possible.
