Xiaomi knows how to keep the brand name in the news. Timely roll-out of updates and addition of new and innovative products to their portfolio is one of the key factors for the growth of the company.

Talking about updates, Xiaomi has indeed made a mark in this department. Every now and then, Xiaomi devices are being served security patches or other updates, and we’ve been highlighting as many as possible. 

The latest update for which majority Xiaomi device users are waiting is the MIUI 11. The hype around this custom skin from Xiaomi is because it brings in some new features. For instance, dynamic font scaling, new sound effects, customizable lock screen, always-on display, new animations, etc.

Moreover, MIUI 11 also brings in a new app called the Mi Go, which offers an extreme power saving option. All these features are bound to make users excited about it. 

And now, besides Xiaomi Mi 8 & Mi MIX 2S, Redmi 7 and K20 Pro, the MIUI 11 stable update is available for a new set of Xiaomi devices namely, Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 Lite and Mi Max 3. 

Mi 8 SE

The Mi 8 SE which was unveiled in 2018, can now be updated with the MIUI 11 stable ROM. To recall, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 710 chipset which is paired with 4/6GB of RAM and offers 64/128GB of internal storage.

It has a dual 12MP+5MP camera setup at the back and sports a single 20MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the device packs in 3120 mAh battery and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Coming to the update, it carries the version number V11.0.3.0.PEBCNXM and weighs around 1.9GB for recovery, and 700MB for OTA update package file. You can download either of the update file from below:

Mi 8 Lite

Another 2018 launched Xiaomi device i.e. the Mi 8 Lite can now be updated with the MIUI 11. For a refresher, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor and is paired with 4/6GB of RAM.

Now coming to the update, it carries the version number V11.0.2.0.PDTCNXM and weighs in around 2.1GB for recovery, and 650MB for OTA.

Mi Max 3

Mi Max 3 smartphone was launched in 2018 and is also now compatible to get updated to the MIUI 11. The update carries the version number V11.0.2.0.PEDCNXM and weighs in around 2GB for recovery, and 646MB for OTA.
