[Updated] Madden NFL 23 players not receiving 87 BND Campus hero, issue acknowledged

It’s not new for Madden NFL 23 to face the wrath of the players anymore. The consistency of bugs within the game seemingly reflects badly on the developers.

For instance, Madden 23 ‘Face of the Franchise‘ recently got stuck in a contract signing loop. Even worse, Captain tokens also went missing after an exchange.

Now, the problem appears to be with Madden NFL 23’s 87 BND Campus hero. It doesn’t reflect in the item binder or the inventory for many players.

Many Madden NFL 23 players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) are reporting an issue where they are not receiving 87 BND Campus hero.

@EAHelp haven’t received my 87 overall from completing campus heroes challenges and can’t complete sets for the 87 overall campus heroes

Same thing happened to me. I play on PC. It completed the challenges and played enough house rules and while it says I claimed both, I never got my 87 OVR BND pack. @EAHelp

Some players have even completed all the challenges and gotten 125 stars to claim campus hero but to no avail.

The issue has left Madden NFL 23 players frustrated as they are now unable to receive their rewards for completing both solo challenges and house rules.

And the frustration is evident from the concerns shared on the community forum by some of those affected.

Fortunately, EA has acknowledged the issue and said that the team is working on a fix.

While there’s no ETA for the fix, EA’s statement suggests the issue should be resolved soon.

But we don’t have an estimated time for this. We’re trying to get this sorted as soon as possible though. Please keep an eye on our Twitter for further updates on this issue.
