EA Madden is the most popular American football simulator franchise among gamers. Its most recent installment is Madden 23, and Madden 24 is expected to arrive in August of this year.

EA has already started promoting the arrival of Madden 24 by offering a ‘Golden Ticket pack’ for Madden 23 players who pre-order a special edition of the next game now.

However, currently several Madden 23 players who have already purchased Madden 24 Deluxe Loyalty Edition are not receiving their corresponding ‘Golden Ticket pack’.

Social platforms like Twitter and Reddit are full of reports about the issue. The ‘Golden Ticket’ is missing for multiple Madden 23 players after pre-ordering the next installment at the time of writing this story.

The situation is causing frustration among those who are not getting what was promised. According to the official website, the Madden 23 ‘Golden Ticket pack’ comes with the following:

a 99 OVR Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack, which grants a choice of 1 player item to use in Madden NFL 23 Ultimate Team

Fortunately, the dev team is already aware of the situation and investigating. However, there is no ETA for a fix yet.

This is not the first time something like this has happened in a Madden game. In April of last year, Madden 22 players reported not receiving the Golden Ticket packs after meeting certain requirements.

Hopefully the issue gets fixed soon so that players can receive their missing Golden Ticket packs.

11:25 am (IST): Fresh reports (1, 2, 3, 4) suggest that the issue is still ongoing for a section of players. However, there’s a potential workaround that might help you fix this glitch.

Workaround: Based on advice from some in the online community, I uninstalled then reinstalled the game. As soon as the reinstall completed, the Golden Ticket Fantasy Pack appeared. (Source)
