Here are all 40 bug fixes and improvements Android 14 QPR1 update brings to Google Pixel devices

Google is rolling out the first Pixel Feature Drop for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro that brings along the latest December security patch based on Android 14 QPR1. While there are plenty of new features for the duo, there are also some new additions targeting older models from the Pixel 5a all the way to the Pixel 7 series. But that’s not all.

In addition to new features, Google has also included a slew of bug fixes and improvements for the entire Pixel family of devices receiving the December update. In total, the update brings 40 bug fixes and improvements related to Apps, Audio, Battery and Charging, Biometrics, Bluetooth, Camera, Display and Graphics, Framework, Location and GPS, Sensors, System, Telephony, User Interface, and Wi-Fi.

A majority of the fixes are available for the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro, with none targeting the Pixel 5a. Here’s the device applicability as shared by Google:
