Samsung is working tirelessly on its Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update but the likes of Galaxy A30 are still in line for One UI 2.5.

It was reported earlier that Samsung Galaxy A50s received the One UI 2.5 update and the Galaxy A50 was next in line to get the same.

Now, it seems that the Galaxy A30 might also get the One UI 2.5 update in the near future as per a recent report.

An alleged conversation between a user and Samsung support has surfaced on Twitter which clearly indicates that the Galaxy A30 might get the said update by mid-December.

Also, the support executive has stated the same is expected for the Galaxy A20 but it is not yet confirmed.

Since it is unclear how credible this info is, it should be taken with a pinch of salt as Samsung has not made any official announcements on the matter yet.

Also, the details from the conversation suggest that the One UI 2.5 update might arrive for the Indian Galaxy A30 variant.

This means that the latest information might not be applicable to other variants of the device in question.

Nevertheless, nothing is confirmed as of now and it is better to wait for an official announcement from the OEM on the matter.

Hopefully, the Galaxy A30 and other eligible devices get the update in question soon as it has been quiet some time since Samsung started rolling out the same.

That said, we will keep tracking this for further development and will provide more details once new information becomes available.
