If you’ve been waiting to get your hands on the upcoming Pixel 10 series, then a fresh leak might give you a little taste of what to expect. A batch of alleged wallpapers for the upcoming phones has surfaced, hinting at a new design direction for the lineup.

These wallpapers popped up on Telegram, shared by a source called Mystic Leaks (H/T 9to5Google). They mark a shift from what we’ve seen in past Pixel phones. Over the years, Google has played with different themes for its wallpapers. The Pixel 6 had a plant vibe, the Pixel 7 went with feathers, the Pixel 8 leaned into geodes and crystals, and the Pixel 9 brought floral designs with its “Swirling Petals” look.

Now, the Pixel 10 series seems to be trying something different, possibly inspired by glass or lenses. The base Pixel 10 stands out with super vibrant wallpapers bursting with all sorts of colors. Meanwhile, the Pro models — the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL — go for a calmer vibe, sticking to darker shades like black, grey, blue, and green. It’s a pattern we’ve noticed before, where the Pro versions dial back the brightness for a more refined feel.

Even though these are just leaks, chances are all these wallpaper options will be available across the whole Pixel 10 family. That means users can pick whatever suits their style, no matter which model they grab.

That said, earlier leaks have already spilled some details on the Pixel 10 series. For instance, there’s been talk about the potential pricing, which has some good news and some not-so-great news for buyers. Camera specs have also leaked, pointing to a mix of wins and losses. Plus, some CAD renders of the devices have given us a look at what they might shape up to be.

For now, these wallpapers are just a teaser, not officially confirmed. Still, they’re a fun hint at what’s coming. Pixel fans will be counting down the days to see if these designs stick around for the big reveal in August.
