Fresh renders of Google’s upcoming Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL have hit the internet, giving us our best look yet at these highly anticipated devices. The images, shared by leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore on X, showcase two eye-catching color options that are sure to turn heads.

First up is the standard Pixel 9, sporting a vibrant pink hue, likely going to be dubbed “Peony”, that’s a refreshing departure from the usual smartphone color palette. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this pink variant – it was previously spotted in a real-world video leak. Still, these new renders offer a clearer view of how the color plays across the device’s sleek design.

The Pixel 9 Pro XL, on the other hand, is shown off in a sophisticated “Porcelain” color. This lighter, more neutral tone gives the larger device a premium look that’s sure to appeal to those who prefer a more understated aesthetic.

These renders come hot on the heels of other major Pixel 9 leaks. We recently got a look at the entire Pixel 9 lineup in photos from Taiwan’s NCC, giving us a glimpse of the devices from various angles. Additionally, some hands-on images of the Pixel 9 Pro XL surfaced, revealing key specs and features.

Camera enthusiasts will be pleased to know that significant upgrades are coming to the Pixel 9 series. Recent leaks suggest all models will feature a 50MP IMX858 ultrawide camera, with the Pro versions also getting a 50MP periscope lens for improved zoom capabilities. The selfie game is getting a boost too, with the standard Pixel 9 gaining autofocus and the Pro models sporting a 50MP front-facing shooter.

These new renders only add fuel to the fire, giving us a preview of the devices Google has in store. I wonder if Google will have any surprises left for its launch event on August 13.
