Google’s upcoming Pixel Buds Pro 2 are set to bring a splash of color to your ears. A recent leak suggests the tech giant is expanding its palette for the next generation of wireless earbuds.

According to a post by Dylan Roussel, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 will come in four colors: Haze, Porcelain, Raspberry, and Mojito. While Haze (gray) and Porcelain (beige) play it safe, Raspberry and Mojito promise to turn heads.

The Raspberry option is expected to complement the rumored pink Pixel 9, while Mojito offers a greener take on the current Lemongrass shade. It’s worth noting that these names might be placeholders, with final marketing terms yet to be confirmed.

This color refresh aligns with Google’s trend of vibrant device options, following in the footsteps of the current Pixel Buds Pro lineup featuring Coral, Bay, and Lemongrass.

While details on features and improvements remain scarce, the timing seems right for an update. After all, the OG Pixel Buds Pro launched back in May, 2022. We’ll likely see the Pixel Buds 2 Pro alongside the Pixel 9 series and the Pixel Watch 3 at Google’s upcoming event on August 13.
