Here’s the leaked render of Pixel 8 Pro in Minty Fresh color
The render of Pixel 8 Pro (by Evan Blass) shows the back panel of the phone, which has a light green hue and a glossy finish. It also showcases the camera module, which houses a 50-megapixel main sensor and two 48-megapixel sensors. This gives us a glimpse of the new color ahead of launch.
The new color option was also teased by Google on its social media channels and on its online store. The company posted a video that shows a binary code that translates to “fresh year, fresh drop”. The Google Store landing page also displayed a countdown timer that was supposed to end at midnight PT on January 25. However, the timer was later extended by six hours, delaying the launch of the Minty Fresh color.
The Pixel 8 Pro is one of the most advanced smartphones from Google that comes with several AI capabilities. It features a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Tensor G3 processor, 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. The phone also runs on Android 14 and has a 5,050mAh battery with 30W wired charging support.
Currently, the smartphone comes in three color options: Bay, Obsidian, and Porcelain, and it starts at $999. The Minty Fresh color variant is expected to have the same price and specifications as the existing models.
