In addition to entering the world of football and Formula 1, Google also did so with the NBA, continuing with the association that makes Pixel devices the ‘official fan phones’ of the competition, in addition to promoting the creation of related content, and even the Pixel Arena platform.

Latest Google x NBA #CreatedOnPixel ads starring Jalen, Jimmy, and Giannis

With the latest renewal of the collaboration between Google and the NBA, they have been working together for three years to enhance both the reach of the sport and the Google Pixel brand. Part of the agreement includes the creation of content, like the latest ads starring players Jalen, Jimmy, and Giannis.

Using the #CreatedOnPixel hashtag on X (Twitter), the official NBA account is posting some short videos recorded with Pixel devices. In the first video we can see Giannis in exclusive images prior to the match, and a photo taken during training.

Below is some similar content but starring Jalen and Jimmy arriving on the court and during training:

Additionally, NBA fans can access the Pixel Arena, a kind of ‘miniverse’ full of experiences related to basketball culture. There you will find content, information, and even you can create an avatar to play some mini-games that will give you points redeemable for prizes in the Pixel Arena drop zone.

These types of initiatives certainly seem to be of great help in making the Google Pixel brand part of the mainstream, especially through a sport as popular as basketball and the NBA competition.
