Here’s the crux of the article in video form:

Diablo 4 has been available to many players for a few days. Those who purchased the ‘Digital Deluxe’ or ‘Ultimate’ Editions have even been able to enjoy 4-day Early Access.

That said, it seems that currently, many Diablo 4 players are unable to access the game due to the either Error Code 300202 or 30008 message that appears constantly.

According to reports, the issue in question is not affecting a specific platform, but all equally. Both players on consoles and PC are struggling with the ‘Error Code 300202 and 30008’ messages.

I wasn’t having issues earlier, but my game was bugging, and now I can’t log back in. (code: 30008) 🤦‍♂️

These login issues have been plaguing many players for hours and had been officially acknowledged. Even the Blizzard team claimed they solved them:

[#DiabloIV] The login issues have been resolved. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.

However, the reports related to Diablo 4 ‘Error Code 300202 & 30008’ messages keep popping up. So, the problem seems to be far from resolved.

There are players upset by the decision to force a permanent internet connection in order to play, even for those who are just looking for a ‘single-player’ experience and have no interest in online features.

The servers are down again. It’s so fckn stupid that they completely refuse to put in an offline mode for the large portion of us who couldn’t care less about the online features.

Without a doubt, the inclusion of a completely offline mode would have been a great relief to the issue since many players could be enjoying the game at this time. It is a matter of time to know if something like this will come in the future.

The Blizzard team has not issued any new official acknowledgment on the issue yet. We will be monitoring the situation to update this story as events unfold.
