Update 6 (April 14, 2023)
05:12 pm (IST): The new Soundboard feature is now reaching out to more users and its now getting a mixed reaction. While some users like it, others are getting annoyed by this feature.

On Desktop, go to User Settings > Voice & Video > Soundboard > Soundboard Volume and drag the slider to 0%! This should then sync on mobile; I’ll let the team know your feedback!!
