Zwift rides not saving (incomplete) or uploading to third-party services
However, some users are encountering a problem where Zwift rides are not saving on the web or companion app (1,2,3,4,5).
Some users have reported that they completed a ride successfully, and received the XP points and a route badge. However, when they looked at it later, they could not see anything on the Zwift website or the Companion app.
This problem occurred after users had some difficulty logging in to Zwift in the first place.
This has been very frustrating, especially for users who wanted to review their stats or share their results with others.
Some users have also expressed their concern about losing their progress or missing out on challenges and events.
Ride Ons do not seem to be working. Have done two rides tonight, neither of which saved, and rides Ons did not work in either. You can see the thumbs in the compsmion app, but not in game?

Also, some users (1,2,3) are unable to sync or upload the saved files to third-party services like Strava or Garmin. Zwift users faced this issue a few months back as well.
Same issue here. Not showing on Companion nor any of my third party apps. Not even registered that it was my final stage of TOW!

Issue acknowledged
As it turns out, Zwift support has acknowledged the issue and said a fix is underway. But there is no timeframe on when the problem will be resolved.
