Madden 23 'servers cannot process your request' error when trying to sell a card gets acknowledged (workaround inside)
Madden 23 is a popular American football video game released in August 2022. Compared to its predecessor, Madden 23 appears to be more realistic and offers an immersive experience.
However, ever since its release, players have been constantly reporting different kinds of issues with the video game.
Some recent problems with Madden 23 include the CFM connection issues, competitive Field Rewards missing, and Face of Franchise stuck in the contact loop.
Madden 23 players unable to sell card
And as if the existing bugs weren’t enough, the gamers of Madden 23 have begun to report yet another issue which is further deteriorating their experience.
Per the reports, some players are now complaining that they are getting ‘servers cannot process your request’ error when they are trying to sell a card.
Gamers say they get this error when they try to quick sell a card from Item Manager. As a result, they are unable to sell a card.
Here are some reports for reference:
@EAHelp I currently have a powered up 95 Randall Cunningham stuck in my binder-out of my lineup. Whenever I try to click on him, I immediately get kicked out by a message “ea servers are not available at this time”. (Source)
@MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp I have a 95 Randall Cunningham card in my binder that I no longer can change anything on it because every time I press on it I get kicked out of Ultimate Team and it says our servers cannot process your request. (Source)
As per the reports, players that Madden 23 gamers are unable to sell include Randall Cunningham, 95 Bruce Smith, Earl Campbell, and 95 Demarcus Ware.
Furthermore, some Madden 23 gamers can’t downgrade (1, 2) their players in order to sell them as the Madden Ultimate Team crashes when they click on the card.
However, a Redditor has suggested a workaround to fix this problem. In order to downgrade a player, you first have to re-power him up, add the abilities, then remove and power down.
Luckily, EA support didn’t take too long to acknowledge this issue. Responding to one of those affected, they said that they team is currently investigating this bug. However, they didn’t provide any ETA for the same.
Rest assured, we will keep an eye out on the latest development regarding this issue and inform you as and when we come across anything noteworthy.
