Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are the company’s flagship series of phones that come with a variety of improvements when it comes to 5G connectivity, fast charging, and water and dust resistance.

While the smartphones have received positive reviews from customers, they still may face some bugs and issues that negatively affect their experience.

For instance, we previously covered an issue where Pixel 7 and 7 Pro devices were not charging even when connected to a charger.

Anyone else having issues with Pixel 7 Pro turning off when plugged in? The first time it happened I thought I might have accidentally held down the power button while plugging it in, but it keeps happening.

However, for one Pixel user, the issue popped up only after they purchased and started using an official Google phone case.

Most experience such hard crashing issues when navigating through applications while the phone is being charged.

It is imperative to note that the problem is not limited to the official chargers as it occurs even when charging from a car, laptop, or other USB devices.

My Pixel 7 keeps randomly restarting. Most of the time it does it right after I plug the device into a charger (i.e. Car, Laptop, Google charger and block, etc.). Has anyone else been having this issue?

Unfortunately, the developers are yet to acknowledge the problem. We really hope the problem gets resolved as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we will keep an eye on this story and update it with noteworthy developments.
