Potential workaround

Reports suggest that ‘Archive challenges’ are responsible for the crashing issue. Some have mentioned a workaround that fixed the problem for them.

It appears that deactivating the ‘Archive challenges’ in the game can act as a temporary solution.

Unfortunately, Dead by Daylight developers have not yet acknowledged the issue where the game is crashing when played as a killer.
