Xbox games not loading for many users, but there's a potential workaround

Ever since the first Xbox console was introduced back in 2001, the Microsoft owned brand has added several services like the Game Pass and the Xbox network.

That said, Xbox users are now reporting that none of the games they own are not loading. Many are stuck on the loading screen and unable to get past it (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).

Some tried restarting the console but that isn’t helping either. Below are a few reports from Xbox users for whom games are not loading.

I loaded up my xbox series s and my library showed no games, now it says my online status is unknown and i cant create a party. error 0x87DD000D comes up. I am not banned and i am connected to the internet, even plugged in ethernet to make sure and did a speed test and everything is fine.

I was leaving one of my worlds and my game crashed, the next time I tried to load in it froze my whole Xbox on a certain spot of the loading screen, it does this every time I try to load into this world now and I would love if my favorite world on terraria wasn’t lost forever because my game crashed. Anyone know how I can maybe fix this?

It is interesting to note that this is not the first time Xbox users are having problems. Some time ago, users complained about not being able to change Xbox Gamerpic and players unable to access Game Pass via dashboard.

Unfortunately, Xbox developers are yet to comment on the matter. Thankfully, we came across a potential workaround that might help fix the Xbox games not loading issue.

It involves resetting the Xbox and clearing the cache. To do so, make sure your Xbox is turned off, then press the power button a couple of times and wait for like 30 seconds before plugging it back in.

Reset and clear the cache. Hold the power button down, wait for it to turn off, unplug the Xbox, press the power button a few times, wait 30 seconds, plug the Xbox back in.
