Developed and published by Techland, Dying Light 2 is the successor to the 2015 zombie-infested open-world game. Just a few days after its release, the game sold more than two million copies on PC.

While players have praised the game for visuals and gameplay, issues such as Waltz’s Health bar getting stuck on screen and rest unavailable even in safe zone seem to be frustrating many.

And according to recent reports (1,2,3,4,5) from Dying Light 2 players, it looks like the Wall of Valor side quest is bugged because Cyra is missing or has disappeared for some.

Players have tried redoing the mission, restarting their system, and reinstalling the game but the problem persists. The image below shows Cyra from Dying Light 2 missing when trying to complete the Wall of Valor quest.

Wall of Valor: Deadly exchange – cannot turn in mission / cyra disappeared. Was on my way to turn in to cyra when I couldn’t press E ( F if you didn’t rebind use key ) and nothing would happen, tried to fast travel, walk in and out of area, restarting pc / game to no avail, nothing has worked so in turn the quest cannot be completed, not a big deal, just hoping it will get fixed if it’s the games fault, not sure if i suck how fk’d it up

Bugged side quest? I think I’ve seen it posted here a couple of times but before the patch I was retrieving the dogtags of the fallen PK’s and returning them to Cyra. After the patch I had one more dog tag to return however the quest marker is still in the same room on the ship but Cyra is nowhere to be found. Is there a fix for this? Anyone else find a workaround? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, Dying Light 2 developers (Techland) are yet to say anything on the matter. Moreover, we did not come across any workaround that might help with the problem.

We hope the issue gets fixed soon so that players can complete the quest. Until then, we will be keeping an eye out for more information and update this space as and when required so make sure you stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
