[Updated] COD Vanguard 'Armaguerra 43 Mindgames Camo Category challenges' not correctly tracking, issue acknowledged

Published by Activision and developed by Sledgehammer Games, Call of Duty Vanguard is the latest title in the long-running franchise. It is the successor to the much-hated Warzone that players have bashed for being a buggy mess.

The game introduced several new mechanics such as the ability to mount wielded weapons, cover from fire, and destructible environment.

But be it Modern Warfare, Warzone or Vanguard, one thing that’s common to all these games is that they are full of bugs. Recently, players reported issues such as inaccessible barracks menu, quick play and combat pacing resetting, and mastery challenges not tracking.

That being said, many Vanguard players are now saying (1,2,3,4,5) that the Armaguerra 43 Mindgames Camo Category challenges are not tracking correctly.

If you are unaware, Sledgehammer Games recently added the Armaguerra 43 SMG to the game. Unsurprisingly, many are excited to get their hands on the new gun and complete the challenges associated.

Many say that the challenge is not tracking kills even though they used the attachments mentioned in the description. It seems to be frustrating a lot of players who grinded for hours just to see that they haven’t progressed a bit in the challenge.

Just in case somebody would like to know, the 3 attachment challenges for the Armaguerra 43 are as follows: Survivalist Camo (Lvl 60): 100 ADS Kills, Mindgames Camo (Lvl 65): 100 Kills Without Taking Damage From That Enemy, Death Artist (Lvl 70): 100 Multikills You can start grinding out the longshots at level 30. Also, the D.A Camo seems to be bugged positively as you can use any attachments to get the multikills and still be fine

Armaguerra 43 – Mindgames Camouflage challenge
Has anyone found a work-around to get this challenge to work? The challenge is “100 kills without taking damage from that enemy with Perfetto Custom Barrel, Imerito TA Skeletal Stock, & Discard Proficiency”. I have tried to interchange magazines with no luck.

Thankfully, Call of Duty Vanguard developers seem to be investigating the issue where the Armaguerra 43 Mindgames Camo Category challenges are not tracking correctly for some.

We hope Sledgehammer Games soon release an update that fixes the problem. If and when they do, we will be updating this article to reflect the same so stay tuned.

12:35 pm (IST): One of the affected players now claims that selecting the attachments shown in the video helped in completing the challenge. Thus, the affected gamers can try this as a potential workaround.
