Developed in collaboration with one of the most famous fantasy novel writers in recent times, R.R.Martin, Elden Ring is an action RPG that gained massive popularity soon after its release last month.

Players are free to explore the vast open-world Elden Ring has to offer. With six main areas, players have to beat demigods associated with each region.

But as is the case with every recently released AAA title, players have reported issues such as Blaidd and Ranni missing or not showing up and the game crashing on PC due to Anti-Cheat.

Falling through the ground in Ainsel River

Adding to the trouble, Elden Ring players are now saying (1,2,3) that the Ainsel River is buggy and is causing them to fall through the ground.

When you go down the elevator next to Ainsel River Sluice Gate that entire area has a floor bug. I fall into nothingness every time I go there. Has anyone else encountered this? I cannot seem to find anything about this bug. And it’s so frustrating as I cannot progress throug that area. I tried restarting the game and all the usual but nothing seem to be working…

Fortunately, we came across a workaround that seems to be fixing the issue for some. It involves verifying game files through Steam.

Great news! Fortunately, verifying the game cache on steam DID work. Probably ought to have mentioned this before, but I’m playing on PC.

Ainsel River graphics bugs

In addition to the aforementioned issue, players say they are experiencing weird graphic glitches (1,2,3) in Ainsel River. Some say that it looks like screen tearing while others say they are seeing artifacts.

Graphic artifacts since patch. Logged out in ainsel river without issues, patched, loaded the game up again and faced this. all over the underworld. Drivers are up to date and i never had this problem in over 200h except for today. Anyone any idea?

Same here. Anywhere past the Ainsel River Downstream Grace turns into a screen tear nightmare!

Once again, verifying game files from Steam seems to be fixing the issue for some. Unfortunately, FromSoftware is yet to acknowledge any of these issues.

Ok guys, all you have to do on PC/Laptop is go to Steam>Local files>Verify integrity of game files. It worked for me, now the place is completely playable.
