Madden 22 Ultimate Team playoffs OT House Rules event taken down to address an issue ('MUT level Undefined' error), says support

Madden 22 is the latest installment in the long-running sports franchise by Electronic Arts. And ever since its release in August last year, players have reported several issues such as the Community File error and players stuck at Week 15.

And while it looks like EA is trying their best to fix the mess they have made, some bugs do seem to pop up every once in a while.

That being said, Madden 22 players are now reporting that they are unable to play the Ultimate Team playoffs OT House Rules event.

Players say that they were unable to load the Ultimate Team playoffs House Rules event and were getting a ‘MUT level undefined’ error. Others said that the event has suddenly disappeared.

I have recently been getting into madden lately and the new house rules came out. I’m unfortunately unable to play house rules. I’ve played this madden before and saw house rules was able to be played for other people and I couldn’t see it on my screen. It isn’t until now that I have actually thought about it. Is it only for Next gen consoles (PS5 and Xbox One Series X). I am currently on PS4 and would like to play house rules. Any info on how to fix the issue or if its only for Next Gen consoles?

How about fixing the game? We were supposed to have House Rules this weekend and you guys basically stole money from players via the training store pack. I’m curious as to what the make rights for this will be. Last time, it ruined the game with everyone getting free Henry cards

Thankfully, EA Help has shed some light on the issue and said that the developers have disabled the House Rules event to investigate the “MUT level undefined” error. However, there is no ETA on when it will be fixed.
