The Sims is a renowned life simulation game series which is available across various platforms. The Sims 4 is currently the latest entry in the main series until The Sims 5 arrives.

Released in 2014 for Microsoft Windows, The Sims 4 is also available for macOS, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One now.

However, players have been facing an issue with The Sims 4 Lifestyle Brand feature on the said platforms.

As per multiple reports, The Sims 4 players are facing the crash issue when creating a Lifestyle Brand. The issue is being reported by players on multiple platforms and it seems to have been around for a while.

Also, there is a dedicated open bug report thread on EA Answers HQ for the problem. All this clearly indicates that the said issue is widespread.

A player has pointed on multiple Reddit threads for the issue that the Sims team is trying to reproduce the problem so that it can be fixed.

However, there has been no acknowledgement from EA or Maxis so it is unclear whether the issue is indeed being looked into or not.

it’s a current bug. the team is looking for affected save files so they can repro this.

This is inconveniencing players across the said platforms as they are unable to exploit all the features of the life simulation game.

Moreover, there is currently no workaround to bypass this issue which is further adding to players’ dilemma.

Hopefully, the game developer and publisher soon provide more clarity on the matter and fix the problem for good.
