Huawei’s EMUI 10.1 update has been rolling out for the past few weeks for eligible devices. Even though Huawei no longer can launch smartphones with Google Mobile Services, the company has stuck to Android for its smartphones. Moreover, Huawei continues to provide software updates to all supported devices from its portfolio.

Speaking of which, the Huawei Mate Xs and Mate X just grabbed the EMUI 10.1 update today. The Mate X was one of the first folding phones to hit the market and the Mate Xs is its successor.

But that’s not all, we previously also reported about the 13 new devices from the company that began receiving the update.

Now that the company has released the roadmap for the update, users simply have to wait their turn. Unless there’s a major issue with a software build, we do expect to see Huawei stick to the planned schedule. Furthermore, you can check out our Huawei Android 10 update tracker to know when the update arrives for your device.

With the Android 10 rollout underway, the company is also set to release Android 11 in this quarter (Q3). We have also compiled a list of Huawei devices that might receive the Android 11 update that you can check out here.
